ROOF

Roof waterproofing is critical to structural integrity. Roofs have not only an aesthetic function; they play a key role in building protection. Flat or domed, each roof structure has a unique character. As the highest point of a building, the roof is continuously exposed to rainfall year after year, often leading to leaks and costly repairs. MARIS POLYMERS supplies liquid polyurethane mixtures for roofing and long-term protection of simple and/or complex roof structures.

WATERPROOFING OF ROOF INSULATION

Polyurethane roofing foam is a universal sealing material that solves a wide range of problems in industrial and private construction. Thus, spraying is actively used for heat and waterproofing of roofs, increasing the strength of structures and increasing their wear resistance under adverse atmospheric and mechanical factors. This is one of the most popular sealants that does not require third-party energy sources in its circulation.

With the help of polyurethane roofing coatings, it is possible to easily process the most difficult areas of roofing, niches and sinuses. A separate advantage of one- and two-component aliphatic polyurethane mixture is its good compatibility with almost any roofing material.

Coatings are applied taking into account the permissible temperature conditions in the work area and observing the rules for preparing the surface for spraying. Proper use of sealant is the key to the reliability and durability of the roof.

WET ROOM

Hygiene and sanitation are the main conditions for rooms that are constantly in contact with a humid environment. They need careful and reliable protection from exposure to dampness, which is an ideal breeding ground for various pathogenic microbes and fungi. With the help of waterproofing wet rooms from water, it is very easy to prevent the appearance of corrosion and mold.

The material has high protective properties and can be applied to the surface of any texture and orientation — walls, ceiling, floor. Today, no professional repair is complete without the use of protective and antiseptic agents.

Sealant has many advantages — from atmospheric and chemical resistance to environmental safety and affordability. Waterproofing of wet rooms is carried out in several stages using standard and simple technology. The method of applying the insulating material to the surface is also simple and provides for the mandatory preparation of the working surface, its antiseptic treatment and full coverage of the plane with two layers of sealant

FOUNDATIONS

The value of waterproofing foundations is difficult to overestimate. Since the base of the structure is constantly in direct interaction with the moist environment — soil, groundwater, precipitation, and others — the structure needs careful and reliable protection of the external walls. Impenetrable hydrophobic insulation provides the foundation with strong protection against the harmful effects of dampness and a long service life while maintaining the original functionality of the foundation.

Depending on the type of soil, groundwater level and the presence of a basement, modern waterproofing of foundations can be done in several ways — by coating, pasting or roll, plastering and using polymer mastic.

The sealant application technology is simple and allows you to isolate any supporting structures without compromising their engineering characteristics. It is convenient and safe, and the significant penetrating properties of the hydrophobic material strengthen the structure, creating a healthy microclimate inside the room.
