PETROCHEM ALUZINC® — FLAT SHEET
Our cut-to-length line can handle sheet from 0.4 to 2.0mm thick and up to 5 metres in length. Our UK Service Centre also offers a fully integrated slitting service, slitting to width from master coils can be accommodated from 1250mm wide down to just 10mm within 0.5mm tolerance, in thicknesses from 0.4mm to 0.9mm
Petrochem Aluzinc® Grade:
- 185gm2 coating — approx 25 microns each side
- Gauges 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8mm
- Coils from 50 kilos to 5000 kilos
- Cut sheets from 0.5 metres long to 5 metres long
- Standard width 1000mm with 1250mm width also available to order
Construction and Manufacturing Grades
- DX51 with 185gm2 coating — approx 25 microns each side — 0.5, 0.7 and 1.00mm
- DX51/150gm2 — approx 20 microns each side — 0.9, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5 and 2mm
- Coils from 50 kilos to 5000 kilos
- Cut sheets from 0.5 metres long to 5 metres long
- Standard width 1000mm with 1250mm width also available
