The material for cryogenics used at extremely low temperatures is produced in the form of sheets and tubes. Remains flexible at extremely low temperatures, which minimizes the risk of thermal cracking under possible mechanical stress.
- Retains mechanical properties of flexibility at extremely low temperatures
- Characteristic blue color to indicate that the material is installed internally in a sandwich construction during installation and inspection
- The closed-pore structure of the material prevents the penetration of water vapor through the thermal insulation layer
- Sufficient flexibility of the material eliminates the need for additional diffraction spacers at the seams
- Can be used as a monolayer at application temperatures down to -110 °C and as the first layer of the Armaflex Cryogenic System at -200 °C
